In addition, we have created an environment where it is easy for the child-rearing generation to work, and it is possible to go to work with children.
There is a baseball club, a futsal club, and a training club, where you can train your body and get refreshed from your daily routine. There are various types from beginners to experienced people, so we are trying to make it fun for the participants. Women can also participate with peace of mind.
We will hold day trips, table tennis tournaments, bowling tournaments, year-end parties, etc. with all the staff to deepen exchanges with people who do not usually interact with each other so that they can enjoy their work. It is bright, fun and energetic, but the motto of the town of hope is to play and work seriously.
We have solved the problem of being unable to work even if you want to work without being entrusted to a nursery school, which is a problem for generations with small children. If you can’t leave it, work while being within reach! We have created an environment that makes it easy for children to see and work with the veterans who are raising children.
We are focusing on education in the town of hope. We have set up a department called the Human Resources Education Office and have specialists specializing in education. In addition to general education, we have created an environment where it is easy for staff to worry and consult, making it easier for them to work. The workplace where I first worked is the town of hope. I was full of anxiety because I was the first new employee to work as a member of society, but all the senior employees were kind and I was able to work without anxiety.
